TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You rent directly from the owner.
A maximum of 6 people can stay in the apartment. At least 1 adult, over 20 years old, must be present during the total length of stay, or must have agreed otherwise with the owner.
The number of adults and children will be stated upon booking and any subsequent changes must be reported. In case of non-compliance with the above rules, the owner has the right to evict the tenants from the home and / or to claim a 100 € damage compensation.
It is NOT allowed to smoke in the apartment, out of respect for the other tenants.
Small pets are allowed.
The apartment may not be sublet.
The material of the apartment should not be used on the beach.
The tenant must adhere the internal rules of the apartment and the apartment building.
In case of violation, the guarantee will be fully retained.
RENTAL PERIOD
During the high season there is only rented per week, or the multiple of this (except last-minutes).
The rental period runs, unless otherwise agreed, from Sunday 2 pm to Sunday 10 am for weekly rentals. The hours can be adjusted in consultation with the owner, but the agreed dates of arrival and departure must be strictly observed.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices include water, electricity, heating and internet and exclusive maintenance.
50 euros is charged for maintenance.
The reservation is only effective after receipt of the full rental price and guarantee. These must be paid within 5 days after request to the bank account IBAN: BE21 0011 6720 1303, BIC: GEBABEBB. The owner will send a confirmation when he has received the money from the tenant.
When renting last minute, the payment will be made by agreement with the owner.
If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made.
If the tenant terminates his contract, the owner will have the right to further rent out the apartment. If this is done effectively, the first tenant will pay the difference in revenue. If the property can no longer be rented out again, the tenant will owe the full balance.
The tenant can take out cancellation insurance with his broker on his own initiative.
FORMALITIES
We ask the name, address and telephone number of each tenant. This information is purely informative to us and your privacy is respected at all times.
KEYS
Reception and return of the keys is done by arrangement with the owner.
BRING WITH YOU
Bed, bath and kitchen linen are not available, and must be brought along: *
- double bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m
- bunk bed at 0.90 x 2.00 m
- sleeping sofa of 1.40 x 2.00 m
To limit the volume of your luggage, we provide dishwashing products for manual dishes, cleaning products and equipment.
With every new rental, freshly washed mattress covers will be laid by the owner.
* There is the possibility to rent bed linen.
FINAL CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE APARTMENT
We have furnished the apartment with care and ask the tenants to treat all furniture and infrastructure with respect.
When you leave, put everything back in its place, empty the dishwasher, crockery, pans and cooking pots are clean and dry, and the oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine must be left clean. Place the waste in a buttoned garbage bag in the designated place in the garage. Glass must be brought to the glass containers in the city.
GUARANTEE
The deposit is 100.00 euros.
The tenant will immediately inform us if he causes damage.
The deposit or possibly the balance thereof will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has been caused and the apartment has been left as described above.
If the final cleaning, as described above, is insufficient, an extra 50 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
If the accommodation is left without prior notice, we are obliged to keep the full guarantee as a claim settlement.
In case of non-compliance / violation of the internal rules of the apartment and the apartment building, the deposit will be fully retained.
INVENTORY
The inventory is in the apartment and must be checked upon arrival. Any deviations must be reported immediately to the owner.
